Ok, so level 1 started out tough, but I gained endurance and saw my cardio improve. But the 10th day I was excited and ready to move on to level 2! Well, 3 days into level two now and my knees hurt, I am seeing no progress.. actually today was harder than the last two and I'm getting SO discouraged. I wanted to take measurements on day 15 but i'm almost there and afraid that I'll take them, not see any progress and want to quit - so I may not take them....

But does this get better? I am seeing that my arms are more sore so I know I am working my shoulders and arms, but ugh! It's just flat out discouraging to not be seeing any progress and that I am beginning to hate doing this particular work out.

I'm going to stick with it because i've done 30 day and 6 week programs before and NEVER seem to actually go all the way through so I think for my mental state I need to finish this so I know that I can commit to something but I'm scared I'm just wasting my time..... any advice!?

I feel exactly the same way. I stopped doing 30DS the first time through because I wasn't seeing any results at all, and I was really working hard. I decided to start up again and I am starting level 2 tomorrow. My knees have been hurting the entire time but this time, I am seeing results! Especially in my arms and thighs! Keep it up, it is hard but it will be worth it when you take your final measurements on day 30!

Just like when you first started it i will hurt for the first couple of days. watch out for your knee, modify your moves to help it. Keep going though. it is worth it i tis such a great program I will do it again for sure.

SO - day 30 was today - NO real results. WHAT A DRAG! I lost an overall 6" but honestly a 1/4'' here and there... no major differences. Lost 9 pounds, but I think that was more from the running because when I stopped running my weight stopped dropping.

SAD - but the 30 day shred did NOT work for me.
