FINALLY! A downward movement again!

After the weight's been going up and up, despite increased exercise and watching the food (AND following the "eat the exercise cals" commands), I FINALLY saw a downward movement on the scale.
I've a feeling my muscles were holding water or something. I was told by a knowledgeable friend that I might see a gain after going back to weightlifting but I didn't expect it to be almost 10 pounds in three weeks. I haven't gained in inches - another friend said I lost size, but the scale showed the opposite effect.
But not today. :drinker:
