I'm 5'8" and weigh 148

I'm 19 and 5'8" and I was wondering what weight I should aim for, right now I'm thinking 130-135. I do however have a rather well endowed chest, so I want to make sure I'm not aiming too low-or for my high school weight. Any suggestions? thank you!

I'm not a fitness expert, but I''d say in general between 125 and 140, depending on how muscular you are. You could make 140 your first goal and see what you think, then. Good luck!0

check out your BMI. That will give you a range. You can find it on line and go from there.0
