Has anyone come up with or hve access to a spreadsheet that calculates your cal needs?
My co has voluntered me to assist people with weight manangement

    If you are using Office, check the Microsoft Office template website, pretty sure I have seen something like that there.

    try www.johnstonefitness.com There used to be a lot of spreadsheets on there. I used one for a while and it worked really well.
