I am about intermediate with yoga and she is intermediate to advanced. We are looking for one that gives you a great workout, but one that isnt more of a dance DVD (my mom doesnt want want that is like dancing) but rather more like traditional yoga.
I have looked online...but I hear so many different things...I am just confused on which one to pick out...I am open to suggestions on really great DVD's for this! Thanks so much!

What kind of yoga do you want? There are some pretty good power yoga/vinyasa flow dvds and I have also seen a lot of Kundalini yoga dvds.
You could try this site... http://www.yogaglo.com/0
