Just about every day I get locators & realtors of sorts
coming into my office & leaving me & my associates goodies.
I'm usually pretty good at avoiding the temptation.

So, one guy just brought us beer & peanuts.
I don't like beer & all my coworkers gave me their bags of Lance peanuts
because it's the first thing a locators brought in that is vegetarian or NOT cake.

So, they are salted & the ingredients include oils. 140 cal, 11g fat, 110 mg sodium, 7 protein.

I've already had my afternoon snack (raw almonds. yummmmm)
How bad is the oil & salt, etc.
I guess is basically what I'm wondering!

Thanks!

"peanut oil & /or cotton seed oil" is what the package says.
I think the &/or makes me nervous!

Dude, you like raw almonds. I'd toss the peanuts cooked in &/or oil and coated in salt. I mean, they're fine, but why eat them if you can have raw almonds?

PS You made me want beer and peanuts SO MUCH!! ha, I'm having a beer with dinner now, it's decided :)
