I have done the elliptical trainer before and lasted like 5 minutes cuz it killed my legs.
Well tonight I did it for 65 minutes then I sat in the Sauna for 10 and swam laps for 20 minutes.
I had the best workout of my life. I feel so liberated. I also ate so good today! I've lost 7lbs since last Monday and I'm teary eyed because this time I know it's going to stick and I already feel so great.
The secret is to not put yourself down for mistakes. Say it's ok I'll just work extra hard. Rather then putting yourself down. The worst is when you beat yourself up for one little mistake and ultimately a lot of people just give up then. Just remember it's OK
It's hard to workout for a long time. It gets boring. But when I don't quit 5, 10, 15 minutes early, I feel SO GOOD afterward. So if you feel like quitting early while you're working out just remember how good the feeling will be if you finish it all. Set a time befre you start and finsh it.
I hope this helped motivate some of you because you all have done so much for me. THANK YOU
:drinker:
