Does anyone have any good ideas for weight loss rewards? I know that for some the weight loss is reward itself and that's great if it works for you. I just need ideas for small rewards (not food) to help me along. I have ideas for when I hit the big goals but small things just to get me there are what I'm looking for. The more help in my corner the better I will do.:) Thanks in advance!

I hate to admit it, but my reward for every 20 pounds I lose is Ben & Jerry's ice cream.0

I like these ideas. Keep them coming!!!
For my final goal I get a whole new wardrobe so I'm excited about that. I'm planning on rewarding myself every 10 lbs so I can stay motivated.0 -

As long as your loosing I think it's well deserved.0 -
Depends on the milestone and what motivates you. I've got mini-goals related to BMI (see my profile) I've also got mid-goal milestones. (massage when I get to 'overweight' threshold)
What feels like a reward? How much money do you have to spend?
I'd avoid food related rewards.
Some ideas:
New exercise equipment/clothes
Appointment with a nutritionist/trainer
Take a day off from work
A new video game
A new ringtone on your phone
Get the car washed/detailed
Take a long bubble bath
Go visit a park or arboretum
Go to a concert
Buy a new music album
Take after pictures and compare to your before pictures0 -
I am totally a nerd, BUT here are my thoughts
trip to the zoo with the kids
date night with the hubby
a girl's day shopping
have someone watch the kids for a day and just stay home and read0 -

I like to "play dressup" like I did when I was a kid every so often. Do up your hair and makeup, set the camera on a tri-pod, and try on clothes that didn't quite fit right before, as well as your swimsuit, fancy dresses, costumes, etc. Sometimes lingerie, but that's more a reward for the husband. Send him some of the photos on his cell, and you'll have an extra cardio workout when he gets home.
And seeing the progress is both a reward and motivation!0
