My work related NSV

I work in school nursing as part of the child health team, we are part of the National Health Service but our team is not based at the Hospital, we have off site offices and go out to the schools in our area, I was at work yesterday and the head of child health was doing supervision, which is a feed back, brain storming about child protection concerns that she does on a regular basis, although I don't see her very often, as she is based offsite in the main child health department and is the Head Nurse for Child Protection. She was actually sitting at my desk talking to about five of the team and I came in from next door to grab my bag as I was going out, she spoke to me, said hello etc and I went. Apparently after I went she said 'who was that?' they had to tell her, first my name, then that she interviewed me for the job and was at my desk...then they said...oh she has lost a lot of weight......
