Hi, I have been on this site for about 5 days and loving it already. Its been a struggle for me to loose weight and I am hoping this website will really help me loose the 80 pounds that I really want to get off of me. Motivation is a big issue for me and I have never really paid attention to my diet so its about time I start!! I've been adding a few friends on here and would like to have some more so please add me
I need all the help I can get and hopefully I can help motivate a few people too.

hi i am newish to this site ive only been on here for a week I think ive lost about a pound but i dont want to get obbsessive and weigh myself every day as this can lead to depression.Anyway i need more motivatiopn especially over the next 6 weeks (now the kids are off school) as i find stress and boredom makes me eat. Thanx for replying to my message and I will try to help you stay motivated as much as i can0

I know exactly what you mean about getting obbsessive with the scale and being bored. I have been weighing myself everyday since I started tracking my calories lol. We both lost a pound this week so we are in the same boat. We can do this and we'll get fit together. Stay strong and fight the urges and I will try to do the same0
