Am I the only goofy person out there that doesn't own a bathroom scale!?! I've been more active on the message boards and forums lately and it seems to me there is a whole lot of getting on and off the scale out there! I admit maybe once a month I'll weigh myself at the gym but that's it. The rest of the time I rely on how my body feels, how my clothes feel, what I see in the mirror, what I would like to see in the mirror and good judgment and common sense to know where I am at and where I need to go.

NO NO NO!!!! dont fall victim to temptation!!!!

I don't own one either and I am surviving just fine!

Give the scale the finger... it's nothing but a mean friend that tells you how fat you are!

I don't have a set of scales in the house either. Once I have a flat surface to put them on I might get some, but have never owned any.

I didn't start weighing myself until about three weeks ago when I joined a new gym and they wanted to weigh me to set me up on the Trixter X-dream bike (great fun, highly recommend it) and so have started weighing myself on their scales every Monday. Just to see how stuff is going.

Don't think that I could bear weighing myself everyday :0S

I don't own one either. It's the only way to stay sane! I weight in once a week at my sisters house, but I'm happier keeping an eye on the measurements.

I have one, but keep it under my bed. I only take it out once a month to weigh. It may be small & innocent looking, but it can be an evil little thing!

I don't own one either. I have my eye on one and almost bought it the other day at walmart but guess what? they didn't have it though it said it was in stock...go figure...

And right now I'm refusing to pay $40 for something to scream get off of me! Only one person at a time is allowed to ride this ride...(sorry sick sense of humor at this point).

I stopped at a physical therapy place yesterday and they happily let me use their's but I don't think it was right...It was one of the slide type and I couldn't get it to balance, and I've used them before...the girl offered but she was maybe a size 2 compared to my uh nevermind size and I felt embarrassed so I left, thanking them.

In time I will get one, and will probably become obsessed with what it says, for now, I will just keep exercising, and trying to eat better choices...maybe when I need to buy new pants then I will get one...so for now my signature will read lbs lost....0
