When you use cleaning as an excercise input...what determines a 'light clean' and a 'vigorous clean'? on a friday i just use a duster and vacum. obv the vacuming can count as vigorous cleaning, and things like scrubbing down the tiles...but on a tuesday i clean the house with a wet cloth, then a dry cloth. It is quite a big house...which one should i count it as? am i underestimating by counting it all as a light clean because you are using your whole body not just 'flicking' over the surfaces?....argh sorry if that didn't make any sense.
