I finally get to toot my horn!
I managed to go down a size in scrubs at work, and had two people ask me today if I've lost weight!
I've still got a long ways to go. I went from 280lbs when I started to 268 so far, but that was enough to let me be able to go from a size 24 to 22 pants, and a 3XL shirt to a 2XL shirt at work. I've also been able to buy some tight size 20's at Old Navy and some shirts from there!
I've been up to 285, maybe a little bit more than that at work. I love the praise from friends and can't wait to keep it up!

Non-scale victory. The scale might not have moved much, but those pants I couldn't fit into are fitting again.
