I found a huge difference in pasta calories in different supermarket brands????
Morrisons had around 150/100g and ASDA around 350/100g!!! how does that work, they are both penne. I'm confused. I obviously had my dinner with the lower calorie ones, but if there is a mistake, it would mess up my calorie count.
I've seen topics on the cooked/uncooked debate, but surely cooking them in water with salt and no oil shouldnt change the calories, just the weight, right? I measure mine before cooking them.
Any thoughts on this?
