Anyone know why? I know it fills you up but does it help in some metabolic way?

Drinking more water keeps you from retaining water.

Many reasons including helping your body flush out the toxins, and keeping your muscles hydrated, therefore allowing them to release water stores (water retention).

Isn't that funny? Drinking water helps you to not RETAIN water... LOL
