Tilapia with Cilantro/Herb Topping

Thought I'd share this since it's one of my favorite recipes - very fresh tasting, and doesn't require long in the oven (if you are lacking AC like I am, this is a big bonus) and a 4oz fillet of tilapia with this topping is only 200 calories.
Yields 4 servings
Ingredients-- Calories Carbs Fat Protein Fiber Sugar
Generic - Fresh Cilantro, 1.5 cup 6 0 0 0 0 0
Generic - Chile - Red Fresno, 1 pepper 20 3 0 1 0 2
Peppers - Jalapeno, raw, 1 pepper 4 1 0 0 0 0
Fresh - Ginger, 6 teaspoon 12 2 1 0 1 1
Generic - Garlic, 2 Tbsp (4g) 20 2 1 0 0 0
Eden - Selected - Toasted Sesame Oil, 1 Tbsp 120 0 14 0 0 0
Bertolli's - Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp (15ml) 120 0 14 0 0 0
Generic - Green Onions, 4 stalk chopped (12g) ~1/8 bunch 12 4 0 0 2 0
Shady Maple Farms - Organic Grade B Maple Syrup, 1/12 cup 69 17 0 0 0 17
Generic - Mint - Fresh Leaves, Chopped, 1 tbsp 3 0 0 0 0 0
Kikkoman - Ponzu Sauce, 0.5 tbsp 5 1 0 0 0 1
Thai Kitchen - Fish Sauce, 0.5 tbsp (15 mL) 5 1 0 1 0 0
Chop the cilantro and green onions and put into a small/medium bowl. Mince and add the fresno chile, jalapeno*, and garlic and add the ginger (grated). Then add the oils and the rest of the wet ingredients and mix together. (The maple syrup looks a bit odd, but it works, I promise. If you hate the taste of maple, you can use honey and it also works.)
Lay the tilapia fillets on individual pieces of unbleached parchment paper and spoon the topping over then. Close the parchment paper to make steaming pouches and place on a baking sheet. Bake in a 325-350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, at which point the fish should be cooked through and the flavors absorbed.
*Note: You can add additional or take away as much chile as you like - this isn't that spicy to me, but if you're making this for someone who is very spice-sensitive you might re-evaluate.
