Losing Weight as a Consultant

Hi Everyone,

I am new to MFP. A friend of mine introduced it to me recently and I find that it is a great way to hold myself accountable for what I eat!

Is anyone out there a Consultant or frequent traveler? If so, What advice do you have for focusing on your goals? Do you find it challenging to locate restaurants with healthy options? What are some of the places that you frequent for a healthy meal while on the go?
