Help!!
I have been trying to make a balsamic vinegar reduction. I tried twice now with two different kinds of balsamic vinegar and I cant get it to reduce to a glaze.
My instructions just say:
Bring to a slow boil and remove from heat and it will keep reducing as it cools down.
Seems simple right?? Yeah not working!!
Anyone have any experience with this???
Any help would be appreciated.

How long are you letting it boil?
Just for about a minute tops. Should it be more than that?? Its only a cup of balsamic vinegar.0 -
I t will take at least 30 minutes of a light simmer to get to the glaze stage depending of the quantity of Balsamic you used. A few minutes wont get the reduction you need. Good Luck!0
