Vigorous effort?

What is considered vigorous effort? I did 30 crunches in 3 minutes... don't know how to log them.

As a rule of thumb, cardiovascular exercise is considered "light" if you'd be able to sing while doing it, "moderate" if you have enough breath to talk but not sing, and "vigorous" if you couldn't hold a conversation. In the context of crunches, I'd take the average over the whole 3 minutes rather than worrying about whether you could talk mid crunch.0

No matter what activity you are doing.. if you're only doing it for 3 minutes, you are burning very few extra calories.
Ab crunches are more for toning and core strength. It is not a high calories burned count.
You should feel good about your accomplishment and continued dedication on self-improvement, but I would not recommend logging any calories for it.0 -
figured out that crunches are found in strength training and you don't get calories for them anyways. Thank you for the answers though!0
