  • You can also use chard, kale, (dandelion greens but use apple juice with these to cut bitterness) or other greens but you should never use milk for your liquid just water or sugar free juices

I add spinach to almost all my smoothies. I tell other people about it and they look at me like I am insane. You can't taste the spinach but you get the benefits from it.

This might seem like a stupid question, but do you peel the apple first?

  • No dont peel the apple and you can use all of the seeds if u want but in large quantities they are toxic
  • If you use it for 2 servings it is

    229 cals
    54 carbs
    2 fat
    9 fiber
    35 sugar
    26 sodium

But remember this is all fruit and greens and the carbs and sugar are natural...you could also make it 4 servings

    4 serv. Facts ...
    119.5 cals
    27 carbs
    1 ft
    4.5 fiber
    17.5 sugars
    13 sodium
