Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Pizza

I finally got a streak of creativity with my food and this came out pretty decent so I thought I would post, hope you enjoy :)

- La Tortilla Whole Wheat Low carb tortilla (80 calories per tortilla)
- 1 tablespoon bbq sauce swirled around on the tortilla (I used a sauce that was 45 cals for 2 tblsp)
- Sliced chicken breast from leftover bbq or rotisserie (about 150 calories worth)
- Cheddar Cheese One slice per tortilla, broken into bits (80 calories per slice)

Then I added the following just to fit my taste:
- 5 black olives diced per tortilla (25 calories)
- 3 pieces of pineapple tidbits diced per tortilla (approx 25 cals)
- purple onion

I came out to a total of 565 or so calories for 2 of these....which in my book is a great deal for pizza :)
I put them in the oven on 350 until the cheese melted, the tortilla looked a little crusty and the chicken was warmed up

    I should have remember I used to fix something like that for my kids and their friends when they were little but with just a bit of sauce and cheese.... kids can be so picky!!!!

    Sounds good! Now my question is did you eat it like a pizza or a wrap?
