New here and doing C25K

Hi I'm new here. I friend turned me on to this. I love that I can track like WW. I've been on the couch way too long. I've decided it's time to move and I signed up for a 5K in October. I working with this site and the Couch to 5K app. Today was day two. It wasn't as bad as I thought, but, I can feel the reminder in my muscles. I'm excited to share my journey, invite all those along that would like to take the journey together and share my challenges and pitfalls.

    Welcome! I'm starting week 5 of C25K -- finally getting back into running after a couple surgeries. The program is great for getting you ready to run! I signed up for my first post-op 5K in September, so we're on roughly the same track! Feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like some more support!
