Does anyone own or use a total bodyworks 5000 by Weider?

My mother in law had one that was collecting dust and cobwebs in her basement that she said i could have. So tonight I went and picked it up but it didn't have an exercise guide. I know there are certain exercises to do with this machine.
If anyone has one or uses one and could give me some insight that would be very much appreciated.
I tried to load a picture of it but can't get it to work if you go to www.weiderfitness.com you can see it.
