Flax seed and Flaxseed oil capsules together?

I take flax seed oil capsules for dry eyes and anxiety (dr and eye dr suggested it.) I'm increasing my protein but I'm concerned about the effects and thought maybe using ground flaxseed would help counteract that because of the fiber in it. So I'm wondering if that makes sense,and if it's a good or bad idea to use both flax seed and flax seed oil capsules.

    Since you're taking the capsules under the care of a doctor, I would confirm with your doctor first.
