First Week At MFP

So about one week ago I stumbled upon MFP while searching through the android apps market. I had been trying to lose the weight I have put on since quitting smoking three months ago, and to no avail could not lose a pound, but now one week into my new program which includes exercising six days a week at a minimum of 1 hour and counting calories like an accountant I have lost nearly three pound and feel great although I have a long journey ahead of me I am enjoying the ride and once I hit my target weight I will have a ton of pics to post, I will try to post a progression picture once a month but for now i'm just celebrating my first lost pounds since April 2011.
