What time do you stop eating?

I don't think the actual TIME depends so much as how long it will be before you sleep.
This is because your body is in an optimum fat burning mode during sleep, and long as it doesn't have to use all that energy to digest food!
I work 7pm to 6am, get to sleep anywhere from 7am-10am. (depending on if I hit the gym or not.)
I stop eating at around 3am, if I don't plan to work out. 4am if I do plan to.0 -
