Yo-Yo

So I have "yo-yo-ed" with my weight since I have been about 14 years old.... My numbers on the scale are either up or down... and right now I just want to learn to maintain an average weight. I am tired of the yo-yo-ing and well my closet cannot handle anymore clothes..... I have a "skinny" "medium" and "heavy" section in there. I don't want to get into myfitnesspal, and then stop and continue yo-yoing for the rest of my life. I need advice, any help I can get! I feel like I have tried all the diets out there, and while I loose weight it is only temporary weight loss. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks :)
