I asked this question on the nutrition board, but it quickly disappeared, so I thought I would ask here. I'm wondering about changing my nutritional goals to 40/30/30 (carbs/fat/protein) since I find protein keeps me full longer. Yesterday was my first day, and I went over my protein limit. Today, too. Do any of you change your settings? Thanks for any input..I appreciate it!

    I have tried tweeking mine but am always going over one way or another I have set like yours but I mainly just watch my calories and let the rest take care of itself. If you are eating in a way that you can stick to your calories and are seeing success then stick with it.

    yes i personalized my settings. increased fat, protein and lowered carbs. i'm trying to build muscle, not lose fat though.

    watching macros arent as important when losing weight, as when you are building muscle
