Looking for a Late Night Snacking Accountability Buddy until

Ok, so I am thiiiis close to my goal weight, but lately I have been slipping. I am the image of perfection when it comes to eating during the day, but a couple hours after dinner I go into "dessert mode" and just go crazy with eating! Then i always regret it when i go to bed. I need to stop this! When I get back to college I won't keep unhealthy stuff in my room, so it won't be a problem. However, while I'm still at home, I need to resist the dessert.

I'm looking for someone in a similar situation to partner up with. We could message each other every night to say that we didn't eat dessert and any particular successes or temptations we would like to share. I think if I knew I had to message someone, I would opt out of the desserts. We can help keep each other on track!

    Instead of dessert, I actually have a small meal late at night a few hours after dinner. The other night, I had a peanut butter sandwich. I had plenty of calories leftover but I don't like eating so late at night. I'm up late at night so when things get boring, the unsuspected happens. I've actually gained 2 pounds the last 2 weeks. Darn those late night meals. =(
