I have stoffers Alfredo chicken pasta in the oven cooking for the kids. It's loaded with fat and calories.

But I'm really hungry right now and was thinking of having a can of chicken noodle soup in stead which is way better for me.

We'll I'm afraid if I eat the chicken noodles that when the pasta comes out of the oven that I'll also want some of that then be overloaded on cals and fat.

So what do I do? Skip the soup and have the pasta? Or have the soup and risk also eating pasta?

wait til the pasta is done, dish up the kids plates and put it away. Then have your soup! That way you are eating at the same time and not trying to keep yourself from it when it's done!
