    Wholefoods market and sometimes if you look real hard regular super markets. You can also order it and many other great products from-Pangea Vegan Store.com and know I don't work for them I just love their stuff. Good Luck.

    No one sells it in my area so I just make some:
    1 1/2 C firm silken tofu, squeezed and drained
    1 Tb canola oil
    2 tsp lemon juice
    2 tsp cider vinegar
    1 tsp sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    Blend together in a blender or food processor for several minutes to thicken it up. Will keep up to a week.
    Doesn't taste exact but is a good dairy free substitute.
