Toning Question!!!

I just did the video "10 Minute Solutions: Target Toning," and I have no idea how to log it! I did 2 of the segments, Thighs and Arms. Can anyone help?

    Personally, I log all of my weight lifting or resistance workouts in cardio under circuit training general and then add the actual resistance exercises under the strength training section. That way I get to track the calorie burn of the workout and keep a list of the exercises I did. Hope that helps.

    circuit or weight lifting. whatever you feel is most accuarate
