Help please!

Ok so tonight i was nervous eating spagetti bol made by my mother with only 600cals remaning in my limit for the day


So i noted down some of the items types etc


So she used

Heartsmart mince (560g in the entire package)
1 white onion diced

Orgrans multigrain pasta with quinoa(penne about 26of them lityle pasta pieces)

And sauce was leggos tomato mushroom and herbs
