so ive read a bit about p90x and im interested to know what equipment is needed, also are there different programmes i.e for begginers. thanks x

There is only one P90X, and it's intense, I do part of it (not all because I'm training for a 1/2 Marathon), but you will need either resistance bands or free weights, and a pull-up bar if you opt to not go with the free weights.0

ive just been on their website and omg it sounds tough lol not sure i could do any of it to be honest but i think i might give some parts a go.i just want to get fit and tone up, ive tried running and im rubbish probably because i didnt do it for very long, well done you tho.0

look into p90 its a less intense version but still kicks your butt!0

Dumbbells 5-20lbs (50 lbs for man) or resistance bands (Depends on what You can lift).
Pull up bar or resistance band.
Yoga mat is recommended.
Yoga block or something You can use as yoga block.
Modify moves in p90x if they are too hard for you to do.
My gf started doing push ups on her knees now she is doing the normal ones.
I bought the wall mounted pull up bar and I recommend push up bars.
Starting my second round on Monday.0 -
