Where to go after 30 DS?

Hi all,
I'm about to finish the 30 DS by Jillian Michaels and I recently started her 6 week 6 pack DVD. My question is (for those that have tried them): where to go next with her DVD's, as I know the 6w6p won't be enough on its own. I was considering Ripped in 30, but I've also seen her Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones and thought those may be worth a try. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
By the way, I'm still a little new to the whole workout regimen, so I don't think it would be wise for me to try P90X or Insanity or anything like that yet -- I'd probably get discouraged and/or injure myself, lol.

Hi--I started w/the 30 day shred as well and went to Ripped in 30 next but honestly I didn't like it very much. I thought I would, because it sounded very "30-day-shredish" with the short workouts. I think to make it different enough from the shred they added some kind of odd exercises in there --although I got through it and thought it was ultimately helpful, I didn't enjoy doing it.
I just finished 6 week/6 pack ( did it for about 2 months) and loved it--I mostly loved the 2nd level because there was more cardio, and you burned more calories. I usually followed that up with 20-30 minutes on the elliptical, or some hill climbing outside, because I like to exercise for about an hour.
I started "No more trouble Zones" last week and love it too. The only thing w/this one is that it's almost an hour and I'm not burning as many calories as there is less cardio--but I can tell it's an amazing workout for strength and sculpting and even though it runs longer than the others, it goes faster for me because of the different short circuits. I like that better than repeating the same thing twice, like in 6wk/6pk. Again, I think I'll just have to supplement a little more with different workouts to burn a few extra calories.
I would definitely recommend the last 2. Good luck!0 -

Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is a really intensive cardio workout, so if you're not doing any other cardio that would be ideal.
No More Trouble Zones is what I used twice a week for strength training and I'm gradually increasing the size of my handweights, the heavier I use the harder it gets! I can see this being a dvd which has longevity. (I do 5 circuits of the dvd and burn about 350 cals in 40 minutes).0 -
Sell them and do P90X0
