Little chicken legs.

I have lost some inches but all if my legs, arms and back. I have a tummy with little chicken legs now. Does anyone have an ideas for me to just work on my tummy? I walk every where now. My car hasnt left the drive way in ages. I eat better and i skip alot but nothing is moving the tummy fat.

    It's the first place you gained and the last place it will come off. The only thing you can do is keep moving! Cardio is the best, I've lost a lot of my tummy (not all of it yet) by running. It's coming slowly, but it's coming.

    I had to read this post because I have chicken legs too!!! They are much more muscular now that I'm running and lifting weights. I still think I have chicken legs!!!

    I don't think it really works that way ... your body just loses where it wants to. It sounds like you're doing great though - keep at it! :flowerforyou:
