No mail today so still no 30 day shred dvd i knew i should have went to the store instead of ordering it online but then again I still wouldnt have it because im so busy oh well just one more day..

    If you have Time Warner Cable go to FitTv channel or Exercise on Demand...best thing ever. They have anything and everything it seems on there. may not be the 30 day shred you're yearning for but it will help in the mean time.
