Starting a new thead!
How is everyone's week going? as for me I am doing pretty good staying within my calories woo hoo (about time)- I'm still not working out until I get my 30 day shred dvd which should be here tomorrow also i got my HRM yesterday and I was sooooo excited-
My water consumption is good so far so good i still need to weigh in I havent done it since last week maybe friday i will get on that monster i call a scale.

I am doing great! Been staying on track under or around my calories.. Been drinking 100oz of water or more this week. And since Im not big on exercise when Im not in the gym I am doing 350 jump and jacks and 350 crunches... It is a good workout fo rme! Keeps me active all day not just 30 min of cardio!0
