I'm curious to know if anyone of you experience difficulty during your TOM keeping up with the exercise and everything. My issues haven't been with food so much, but I realized this week starts my TOM and I haven't been able to shake this funk I'm in. I have been working out 3-4 times/week since the end of June and this week I just can't bring myself to do much. I'm so tired, even though I'm getting 6-7 hours of sleep at night. I WANT to get going but it's just not there. TOM is about the only thing I can think of that is different. Otherwise I feel fine. Whatever it is, I hope I can shake it soon. After working out (despite dreading actually DOING it) I feel SO good. Thanks in advance for any advice. :)

I go through this, too, but sometimes for longer because I have chronic fatigue syndrome (the longest span has been 12 days). Basically, you have to struggle through it... I use the experience that I feel better after a workout to try to motivate me. Sometimes I have to psych myself up to the workout. Others, I offer myself some kind of (nonfood) reward for getting it done. (Something like taking a bubble bath if it's daily or buying a new sports bra if I do it all by the end of the week. Nothing too expensive or big.)

Well I did some exercise for today but I wasn't as "into" it as usual. It also doesn't help that the scale is not moving! I went and read some forum topics on it & I'm assuming that 's also from TOM because I have been working hard! I've also started getting cravings for french fries made in a fryer at home (and I'm not even hungry.) I do hate TOM. Good Luck getting your exercise in.
