The Wii fit is excellent if you have a Wii. I also recomend Jillian Michaels' Fitness Ultimatum.0

taebo amped is a good workout it comes with a weighted bar and 4-5 dvds its a butt kicking workout done in the comfort of your own home but if you want something a little cheaper cause the set is 30.00- I just purchased jillian michaels 30 day shred under the numerous recommendations I have heard from MFP plus I read alot of reviews on it-- good luck hope this helps0 -
I'm a big fan of Power 90 by Beachbody. They also have some other programs on their site that many on here seem to really like.

My favorite exercise is to dance to some fast oldie songs in my living room. I have a fan if I should get too hot, and I can watch tv, so I'm never bored, and best of all, I never have to worry about what it's doing outside weather wise, like I do when I'm walking!0 -
HUGE fan of "Slim in 6" by beach body. theres a series of videos and it starts with basic, low-intensity and build up and you go along. works every muscle in you body! super fast results, too!0

Comcast has a lot of ondemand exercises!0

YEAH I am NOT the only closet dancer! I love to dance to praise music. I am up to 40 minutes and it dosen't even feel like a workout.0

 I'm not exactly a "closet" dancer, lol, all my friends and family know that that's my main exercise. It IS fun, and easy, as well as free, which is a definite biggy with me!0 -
My suggestions are:
Tae Bo (any of them-well work up to the Ultimate Boot Camp one) lol
Belly dancing (they break down the steps so no worries)
Random Dancing to music
sit ups, push-ups, lunges, hand weights, jump roping
yoga or pilates
any variety of work out dvds/tapes (check craigs list, ebay, overstock.com or thrift stores for small investment trials)
I bought an elliptical machine off craigslist for $100 and i love it
and if you have Time Warner Cable check out FitTV channel and exercise on demand options. You can find any variety of work outs from cardio to toning step aerobics yoga literally anything. I am in LOVE with Sharon Mann workouts she has such a variety. The Cardio kickboxing is awesome!!
I hope this helps and good luck!! :happy:0 -
I do the Biggest Loser Cardio Max video. I promise Jillian will kick your butt! :laugh:0

Easy, clean your house, making extra trips up and down stairs, or back and forth to put things away instead of all at once. Organize things, find something and put that one thing away, if you do this throughout the day it makes a difference, you never stop moving. Pace while you're on the phone, make soup or casserole from scratch, washing, chopping veggies and such. Set a timer for every 15 minutes and then do a set of jumping jacks, sit-ups, push-ups, remeber mountain climbers and burpies? Look them up if you don't, they are a great cardio, crab walk even. Do those things throughout the day and see how many calories you burn, and because you spread it out it doesn't seem so hard, but add it up at the end, and I bet you do a ton!0
