    Just read it...it was great...thanks! I am happy to know that the optimal amount of sleep for weight loss is 6-7 hours. Trying to achieve 8 hours is very daunting (at least during the weekdays). I also clicked on the hyperlink within your posted link that had the 50 Best Snack Foods and that was great as well.

    Love this guy! He's my go-to guy for many things. I first discovered him when he put an article out that completely de-bunked low-fat peanut butter. He's got some incredible information.

    Read through more of his articles, he's really good.
