Off to a slow start

Hi everyone! Tracking my food and exercise is new to me but I'm really motivated to lose the 20 lbs I’ve put on over the past several years. I must say, I need a bit of encouragement and advice! A friend told me about MFP, while another friend told me of another program she's had success using. I've tried both and am undecided, so I'm putting this out there to see what others have to say about their experiences and success. I need user friendly and fast or it will seem like too much bother. HELP get me going, please!

This has really helped me to keep track of what I do. Also, the Message Boards and all of the people are extremely supportive. Add yourself a few friends, (including me if you want) and you will enjoy the support you get. We are all here for the same reasons, to be fit and/or lose weight. :smooched:0
