Does anyone have a good recommendation of a heart rate monitor they like and is easy to use? I'd like to have a better idea of how many calories I'm burning in my Power 90 workouts. THANKS!

    I love my Polar FT7.
  • LIking my POlar FT4, it's easy to use, not too pricey and does what I want it to (record the duration, cal burn and heartrate of my workouts).

Polar.. Either the FT4 or FT7.. both are good, easy to use HRM's.

I got a Polar FT7 from amazon for $75, the FT4 is $55 on amazon. There are only a couple of differences between the 2. The FT7 stores up to 99 exercises instead of 10 that FT4 is limited to. The FT7 has an "effect" feature that tells you whether you are in fat burn mode or fitness mode based on your heart rate level. And the FT7 you can upload your workouts to your computer if you buy an adapter I think. Otherwise they are the same and work equally as well at tracking heart rate, calories burned, duration, etc.
