Hey all,

I'm team captain of the August Challenge hosted by Gary6030. I will be setting up a blog soon, so we can record every goal we reach in this challenge.

I'm really excited for this challenge and I am sure we will knock this one out of the park. I want everyone to remember this much, we have already won because we chose to accept this challenge. Now it is time to push our mind, body and spirit to the next level and prove to ourselves that we deserve it.

    Is this going to be percentage/measurement based, and based on the amount of exercise we're supposed to do. I hope so, because I'm rather happy with my weight, although I want to loose about 10 more lbs, I'm hitting the weights a lot harder and upping my protein intake so I might not see much scale results. Even if I'm not the biggest looser, I will definitely be keeping up with any fitness challenges though! Also, I like Missions Slim Possible.
