What should I fit in for dinner?

Hey everyone! I have my first 4 meals/snacks planned out on my food diary, but I am looking to fill in the last meal.
Keep in mind, I only have 300-350 calories left today for meal 5. I only have 30 minutes to cook/eat dinner because I eat between jobs on Wednesdays.
Some things I have to eat (there is more so don't limit your ideas on these)
Bread
Egg Beaters
Laughing cow cheese
Crackers
Baby Carrots
Spinach
Bell Peppers
Blueberries
Almond Milk
Yogurt
Bananas
Cucumbers
Turkey
Chicken
Whole Wheat pasta
Peanut Butter
Almond Butter
Pita bread
tomato sauce
Edamame
Bag of salad
...and much more!
What should I eat??? If something sounds REALLY good and I am missing an ingredient I may have enough time to grab it on my way home....

I would go for an omlette with laughing cow cheese, spinach, bell peppers, and chicken.0

I'd do a chicken salad, with the spinach, peppers and cucumber finely chopped. Maybe make a dressing out of the yoghurt (is it plain?)0
