So tonight I'm going to a Greek restaurant with the family. The restaurant doesn't have nutritional information available and I've looked for something similar on the website but can't find anything. So how do I log what I'm going to eat?

Do you know what you're going to order?

Sometimes i look for a recipe and try to add the logical ingredients, making sure to account for plenty of fat which is generally how restaurants cook to make it tasty.

I thought there was a new law stating every restuarant and food item has to be labeled with nutritional value.. Calories at least. :ohwell:

add each item seperately into your diary to come up with the whole meal

Pretty sure this is only for chains.

If you google "Greek restaurant nutrition" you'll get a few helpful sites. Obviously, nothing will be exact, but it will give you some ideas of healthier versus less healthy options. Enjoy your meal!
