Alternatives to artificial sweeteners

Hey everyone! I am fairly new here. I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas for alternatives for artificial sweeteners. Every time I have anything that has an artificial sweetener it triggers a migraine. I'm noticing that a lot of low-fat and fat-free products (like yogurt) have aspartame in them. Though I do not have much of a sweet tooth, there are times that I really enjoy a tall glass of sweetened iced tea. Any help would be appreciative.
On a side note, I love salty foods. So, if anyone has any tips or recommendations to fight the salt cravings, I would be open to any ideas.
