It has been proven that journaling and tracking the food you eat is the best way to lose weight as it holds you accountable. I used to get really stressed over counting and tracking calories....that is until I started using this site. As long as I am completely honest with myself about what I put in my mouth and enter it whether it is good or bad I can see trends, habits, and what I need to do to keep my weight dropping.
