After a weekend of falling off the wagon (after barely starting here), I'm tracking my calories again and hoping it sticks. I'm Kendra, mom of two in North Carolina, with a goal of losing 20 pounds. I'm doing this w/DH, but it's tough because he has way more calories than me, so it appears easier. Then again, he's not as fussy as I am about certain fruits and veggies. I have my water intake going for me, though.

I'm pleased to see these forums because after almost quitting today (again), I realize I need the inspiration and motivation of others to give me a swift kick in the rear. :)
