Hey,

I a woman living in South Carolina. I don't speak very good english. I start sort of diet about 1 year ago, with sport. I was at 199 lbs, and i'm at 182 now.

But I stopped loosing weigth so I decided to try the dairy tool, and it helps me a lot. I think I was eating too much quantities, even if it is healthy food. And also not eating enough proteins.

My goal is 165 to have a healthy weigth ( BMC = 25), and in bonus, if I can, go to 155.

I start using the dairy 2 days ago. Lost 4.4 lbs. Even if it is probably most water, I feel confident now :)

Thanks,

h0taru

Monitoring how much you are eating helps alot. Even if its healthy food I can be too much too. Calories sneak up on you too.. I know.

Stay active and try to balance your food too. It really does work.

    Good luck and stay positive!

    Thank you!

Whatever can happen, and even if some days we loose motivation, it does not mean that we will loose it for every day.
